The following is Our preliminary remarks and guiding principles regarding suspected "fraud" individuals and alleged members/officers "having complaints or grievances affecting the organization (EWF1937) or any member thereof." All complaints or grievances may be
submitted to the Committee on Complaints and Grievances. The Committee is currently hearing all complaints and grievances submitted to it and intends to make a
determined effort to settle in committee, all differences. If there is no settlement effected, the matter will be presented by the Secretariat of the committee to the Executive Legal Committee of the Organization. It will review the entire case. (Art 7. Sec. 1 J)
If partisans or any party (separate entities) fail to abide by the decision of the International Executive Legal Committee (they) will have the right to appeal to the presiding legal and constitutional Executive Council of the Ethiopian World Federation, Incorporated. The decision of the Executive Council will be final.
